Booking
How do I book?
Fill out our quick form at our booking page, it takes about 2 minutes. At the end you'll pick your date and time from our live calendar.
What's the difference between the Model Call, Priority Mini and Full Session?
Model Calls are free 30 minute Saturday shoots with 5 edits (plus 5 bonus when you tag us). The Priority Mini is $75 for 30 minutes, 25 edits and any date you choose. The Full Session is $150 for 1.5 hours and a full gallery of 50 to 80 edits.
What hours do you shoot?
Weekdays 12 PM to 7 PM and weekends 9 AM to 7 PM. Need an earlier weekday time? DM us and we'll do our best.
Do you shoot weddings, elopements and quinceañeras?
Yes. Those are custom collections, not regular sessions. Elopements start at $350, quinceañeras at $1,450 and weddings at $1,950. Send us an inquiry for availability.
Model Call Saturdays
Is the Model Call really free?
Yes. It's how we meet new people and create new work. You get 5 edited photos, plus 5 more when you post and tag @multilivemedia.
Where do Model Calls happen?
Within about 15 minutes of South Austin, at one of our Saturday meeting spots: downtown on Congress Ave, South Congress, or Zilker Park. We'll confirm yours by email.
Can I change outfits?
Of course, just know changes count toward your 30 minutes. Come with your first look ready to go.
What if I'm running late?
Saturdays are back to back, so we can't add time at the end. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and DM us if anything comes up.
Can I get more photos?
Yes. Extra edits are $5 each, or $50 for the full gallery. You can also upgrade to a Priority Mini or Full Session anytime.
Photos & delivery
When do I get my photos?
Sessions are delivered within a week. Weddings and quinceañeras get sneak peeks in 24 to 72 hours and the full gallery in 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I post my photos?
Please do! Tag @multilivemedia so we can share. You get a personal use license for every photo we deliver.
Will you post my photos?
We share our work on our website and socials. If there's a photo you'd rather we didn't post, just tell us.
I've never modeled. Is that okay?
That's most of our clients. We guide every pose and keep it relaxed, you just show up as you.
Policies
Can I bring a friend, partner, kids or my pet?
Yes! Couples, friends, kids and pets are all welcome. For Saturdays, just mention it in your form so we can plan.
Do minors need a parent?
Yes. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian at the shoot who also signs the model release.
What's your cancellation policy?
Paid sessions can be cancelled for a refund up to 2 business days before your shoot. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
Do you travel?
Yes. We're based in Austin and regularly shoot across Texas, and we travel for weddings and elopements worldwide.
